‘Mermaids Gift’ – Fish Rub (40g): Fragrant and Floral. Floral notes of Lavender combined with citrus twangs of lemon and sumac. The ultimate pairing to white fish.

‘Ibérican Dehesa’ – Pork Rub (40g):Distinctly Asian. Cloves combine with fiery heat complimented by the citrusy mediation of Szechuan Peppercorns.

‘Toro Fuego’ – Beef Rub (40g):Fiery Heat. An Initial explosion of mustard and cayenne pepper are well balanced by a herbal twist.

‘Roosters Crow’ – Chicken Rub (40g): Classic BBQ. Paprika, garlic and herbs form the backbone of this rub, with allspice and sumac adding a tangy complexity. 

'Royal Rambouillet’ – Lamb Rub (40g): Moorish Depth. Cumin and Coriander Seeds give a Moroccan Earthiness, rounded out by rosemary and thyme.
